Working principle of hydraulic quick coupling

The internal valve of the hydraulic quick connector is composed of the connector body, check valve element, lock sleeve, steel ball, spring and quick connector seal. It is divided into open and closed hydraulic connectors at both ends and open quick connectors at both ends.
1. Operating principle of open and close hydraulic quick coupling at both ends: there is a one-way valve inside the connector body. When the male and female connectors are separated, the valve core of the one-way valve extends downward and outwards under the action of their respective springs, and the pin is nailed to the tapered lock hole of the connector body, so as to close the passage and seal the oil in the oil pipe connector in the pipeline.
2. Operating principle of open hydraulic quick coupling at both ends
The difference from the working principle of the open and close hydraulic quick coupling at both ends is that there is no check valve in the connector body. When the two connector bodies are separated, the passage cannot be closed. Both ends of the connector are connected to the rubber hose respectively. The connector core of the rubber hose connector is directly inserted into the quick connector.
